Debate A That children in care should not be reunited with parents who take illegal drugs.
Debate B That a foster care placement can be found for every child or adolescent.
Debate C That boarding schools provide an essential option to ensure that children in care receive a better education.
Debate D That there is a place for physical interventions (eg: restraint) in out-of-home care.

Debate F That out-of-home care services for high needs children and young people should only be delivered by government.
